How long will it take to receive my order?
EU Customers – 2-3 Weeks (This current delay is due to Customs & Covid)
International Customers – 2-3 Weeks (This current delay is due to Customs & Covid)
Please be aware that there may be delays within the postal system which are unfortunately out of my control. These could be weather related, strikes or other issues so please check with your postal service.
What should I do if my order hasn’t arrived?
Firstly, check your emails as you should have received one when I dropped your order off at the post office and then have a look at the estimated delivery times posted above (this will be working days Monday – Friday after Dispatch.) If you’re still concerned please send me a message via the contact form and I’ll have a look into it for you.
There’s a mistake with my order / I’ve received the wrong item.
I often have a baby girl trying to type her (what she thinks is very) important emails whilst going through orders so I’m sorry if something has gone wrong!

Are you taking on commissions?
Yes I am currently taking on portrait commissions! They are my absolute favourite thing to do, have a little look at ‘custom portraits’ in the shop menu for my prices.
